What is Frontline Plus?
Many people have a great deal of trouble getting rid of their flea problem - Frontline Plus is a valuable tool in any campaign against flea infestations. It is basically the premium end of the flea control spectrum - you get this stuff if you've really got a problem or you really want to get rid of your fleas. Most other products, and even a lot of other Frontline products, will only target the adult fleas. This is still pretty good protection - it will at least get rid of the bites, but the problem is you need to keep reapplying it. This one also goes after the eggs - this can permanently end the flea life cycle. That's an important benefit. If you don't get rid of the eggs, you'll find that there is always another generation of fleas coming up to re-infest your house. All it takes is one surviving adult flea - each can lay 50-100 eggs per day, and they'll lay dormant for another couple of weeks.
You basically apply it in drop form - you stick a little drop of goo on the back of your pet's neck. It comes in various dosages, and if you have a cat, you have no problem - they all basically get the same amount. If you have a dog, you need to make sure you check its weight before you go to buy - you'll need a different version of it depending on how big your dog is. You also need to make sure that you adhere to the bathing restrictions that Frontline requires - this only matters for dogs really, but you can't bathe them for a few days before and after the application. Frontline Plus is one of several brands they make, and it's the most effective. They also sell sprays and a version of their classic flea control product.
Dosing Information: As with any flea control product,
